1. Program Description TCB Network Solutions, Inc. sends SMS messages to customers for service notifications, support communications, and account-related alerts. Messages are operational in nature.

2. Message Frequency Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with our services and support needs.

3. Customer Care (HELP) For assistance or more information, reply HELP to any message we send, or contact our support team at support@tcbns.com or (225) 308-9822.

4. How to Opt-Out (STOP) You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just reply STOP to any message. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time.

5. Rates and Carriers Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
